职位描述/Position Description：
? 工厂生产设备的维修保养计划的编制，组织设备的年度维护计划；TPM的推广。
Make the maintenance plan of the production equipment，organize the annual maintenance plan of the equipment；To promote TPM.
主要职责 Major Responsibilities:
? 支持冲压、焊装、涂装、总装四大车间的设备维护工作。
Support the equipment maintenance work of stamping、welding、painting、assembly shop；
? 收集设备相关资料，负责编制设备的日常点检、定期检查和年度维修计划，并监督实施。
Collect the equipment related material，make daily spot check、regular check and annual maintenance plan，and supervise to implement；
? 作为TPM的组织者，负责在公司内推行。
To be an organizer of TPM，responsible for implement in CAPSA.
? 参加设备重大故障的维修，组织设备故障报告会，防止再发和横向展开工作的监督。
Take part in maintenance of the major failure equipment，organize the report meeting of the equipment failure，to prevent failure again and supervise to implement the work.
? 每周组织设备供应商、生产负责人和设备维护人员开会，编制周末工作安排表。
Organize the weekly meeting with supplier、production responsible person and maintainer ，formulate the work schedule of weekend；
? 完成领导交办的其他工作
Finish other tasks given by direct boss.



任职条件 Qualifications:
? 本科以上学历，机电相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree and above.
? 良好的英语能力，通过大学英语4级。
Good English communication skills, CET-4.
? 三年以上设备维护相关工作经历。
More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
? 良好的沟通、联络、组织能力。
Good ability of communication、connection、organization.
? 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力。
Strong commitment and team work spirit.
? 熟练掌握计算机应用技术。
Master PC application skills.
