主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

· 在工艺经理的领导下管理焊装工艺团队，组织开展相关的工作

To manage welding process team under process manager’s leadership and do relevant work accordingly.

· 负责焊装工艺所有车型的前期工艺设计详细计划的制定和组织实施

Be in charge of car model’s process design. Make plans during industrial period and organize to fulfill it.

? 负责组织制定新车型的工艺方案，编制各种工艺技术文件

Be in charge of organizing your team to set new car model’s process plan and edit process technical document.

· 负责组织进行车型工艺技术方案的评审以及RFQ的编制和批准工作

Be in charge of new car model’s process solution review. Edit and approve RFQ.

· 负责组织同焊接线供应商进行技术交流和沟通，负责对供应商的方案进行评审并及时给出技术结论。

Be responsible for communicating and discuss with welding supplier. Review supplier’s solution and comment their solution.

· 负责工艺人员管理，监督和考核工作的进展

Be responsible for supervising project process engineers. Push and monitor the development of the work.

·协助采购部门进行工装及设备的招标采购工作

Be cooperate with purchasing Dept. to purchase welding jigs and equipments.

· 负责组织编制新车型各种工艺和质量文件

Be responsible for editing new car model’s process and quality profiles.

· 负责组织车型的焊接线工艺调试及配合验收等工作

Be responsible for technical commissioning and cooperate acceptance of car model’s welding line.

· 负责组织跟踪产品变更，及时调整工艺和设备

Be in charge of tracing the product definition modification and to adjust process and equipment in time.

· 负责组织编制焊装工艺技术相关标准并进行维护

Be in charge of formation welding technical standard and maintain it in time

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 在汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验

Have abundant professional knowledge and practical experience in automobile manufacturing.

· 熟悉汽车焊装工艺，有良好的组织、协调管理能力

Be familiar with automobile welding process. Have good organizing and cooperating ability.

· 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Have good spirit of devotion to work and work with team orientation spirit.

· 掌握计算机运用技术 ，英语四级以上水平

Know well computer operating technology. English level above CET-4.
