主要职责 Major Responsibilities:

· 在工艺经理的领导下管理焊装设备团队，组织开展相关的工作

To manage welding equipment team under process manager’s leadership and do the relevant work.

· 负责焊装新车型工业化阶段详细计划的制定和组织实施

Be in charge of new car model’s industrialization plan and organize to fulfill it.

· 负责新建焊装生产线的设备选型及方案的制定

Be responsible for choosing equipment for welding line and edit the solution.

· 负责新车型工艺设备的技术要求及自动化、气动等设备选型清单的制定和批准；

Be responsible for editing and approve new car model’s equipment requirement and equipment list of automation and pneumatic.

· 负责新建焊装生产线供应商管理工作，组织进行样机、方案及3D设计审核工作

Be in charge of managing welding supplier. To design and review sample product ,solution and 3D design.

· 负责组织新建焊装线的预验收工作

Organize the pre-acceptance for new welding line.

· 负责组织新建焊装生产线设备的安装及工艺设备的调试等工作

Be in charge of organizing the installation of new welding line and commissioning of process equipment.

· 负责组织新建焊装生产线相关设备的验收和交付工作

Be responsible for the equipment acceptance and delivery work of new welding line.

· 负责制定焊装通用设备及专用工艺设备标准并定期进行维护

Be in charge of formation welding equipment standard and maintain it in time

任职条件 Qualifications:

· 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above

· 在汽车制造方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验

Have abundant professional knowledge and practical experience in automobile manufacturing.

· 熟悉汽车焊装工艺，有良好的组织、协调管理能力

Be familiar with automobile welding process. Have good organizing and cooperating ability.

· 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Have good spirit of devotion to work and work with team orientation spirit.

· 掌握计算机运用技术 ，英语四级以上水平

Know well computer operating technology. English level above CET-4.
