职位描述/Position Description：

l 在工业化主管的领导下，负责新涂装生产线前处理-电泳-密封胶生产线的设计、安装、调试和验收工作。负责新车型前处理-电泳-密封胶工序的相关验证、调试、导入和量产准备工作。

In charge of PT-ED-SEALER production line’s design, installment, Testing and inspection work according to Industrialization supervisor . in charge of works such as test and verify, introduction and mass-production preparation of new car model’s PT-ED-SEALER process.

主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

l 协助相关设计部门完成新涂装生产线前处理-电泳-密封胶工序的设计方案；

Support related design department to finish the new coating production line’s PT-ED-SEALER process design scheme.

l 审核新涂装生产线前处理-电泳-密封胶工序的相关设计资料，并与设计部门及时沟通处理所发现的问题；

Auditing new coating production line’s design data about PT-ED-SEALER process, and communicate with the design department about problems exist in the data.

l 跟进新涂装生产线前处理-电泳-密封胶工序的安装、调试和验收工作；

Follow up PT-ED-SEALER process’s installment, Testing and inspection work of new coating production line.

l 完成、跟进涂装生产线前处理-电泳-密封胶工序改造方案的制定和实施；

Complete and follow up modification plan’s formulation and implementation of PT-ED-SEALER process.

l 负责前处理-电泳-密封胶工序新材料、新工艺的开发和研究；

Responsible for new material and new process’s development and research of PT-ED-SEALER process.

l 降低前处理-电泳-密封胶工序成本的可行性分析和实施以及效果确认；

Feasibility analysis and implementation of cost reduction measures as well as the outcome confirmation.

l 对新车型的前处理-电泳-密封胶工艺的研究、开发和编制；

Responsible for research and development and establishment work of PT-ED-SEALER process.

l 对新车型的前处理-电泳-密封胶工序试制和投产工作负责；

Responsible for the trial production and launch of the model.

l 负责新车型前处理-电泳-密封胶工序设备的改造或升级调试；

Technical support for the modification or upgrading test of general equipment of the model.

l 负责新车型前处理-电泳-密封胶工序专用设备的准备和购买；

Prepare and purchase specialized equipment of the model.

l 负责该车型试制和投产阶段的前处理-电泳-密封胶工序工艺资料的准备工作；

Prepare technique files during the trial production and launch periods.

l 与质量、技术部门共同工作，确保前处理-电泳-密封胶工艺的准确、完备性；

Work with Quality and Technology Departments to ensure the painting is complete and correct in the painting workshop.

l 对新车型在前处理-电泳-密封胶工序的工艺执行和实施负责；

Responsible for the execution and implementation of the technique at the painting shop.

l 协助车间员工前处理-电泳-密封胶工序的技术培训工作；

Assist the employees' technical training in the workshop.

及时组织解决新车型在前处理-电泳-密封胶工序出现的技术问题；

Work on the technical painting problems.

l 督促和检查前处理-电泳-密封胶工序工作组对涂装工艺的执行情况；

Supervise and inspect the execution of painting technique of each natural workgroup.

l 对新车型在前处理-电泳-密封胶工序的全面质量管理的实施负责,及时组织解决新车型出现的质量问题；

Responsible for the overall quality management of the model in painting shop and deal with quality issues timely.

任职条件/Qualifications：

l 大学本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

l 熟悉汽车涂装工艺技术（前处理-电泳-密封胶工艺），有两年及以上汽车涂装工艺经验,

Familiar with painting technique, and has at least two yeas’ experience.

l 熟悉汽车涂装生产线设备（前处理-电泳-密封胶工序设备）。

Familiar with the automobile coating production line equipment

l 熟练运用计算机基础软件（包括CAD、Word、Excel、Project、PowerPoint）。

Skillful in computer operation (including CAD、Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).

l 具有英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required—CET4.

l 爱岗敬业，具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力。

Dedication，Good team work skill and team spirit.
