职位描述 / Position Description

In a industrial or vehicle project, the assembly industrial engineer control the study and the realization of equipments and specifics tools.

在工业化或汽车项目中,总装工业化主管控制设备和关键工具的研究和实现.

- Write the specifications and engage the requests purchases

编写作业指导书并保证采购要求的完成

- Ensure the follow-up of the studies, the realization, the installation and try out

保证研究工作的跟进、实现、安装和运行

- Recept equipments and tools

设备和工具的接收

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

- Analyze the expression need, control feasibilities and initialize the business.

分析设备需求，保证设备可行性和初始化

- Write the specifications starting from the standards, following the functional need expressed by the project engineer.

编写作业指导书，满足项目工程师提出的功能要求

- Initialize planning with the timing of various activities.

与其他项目协调制定计划

- Carry out the external consultation. Analyze and evaluate the technical offers for choice of the supplier in agreement with purchase department.

进行外部咨询，分析并评价供应商，并于采购部门达成协议。

- Ensure the follow-up of the studies and the realization respecting the deadlines.

保证项目根据时间进度表完成。

- Follow-up the costs and the quality of the results to obtain, by controlling planning, by managing the modifications in coherence with the other trades, while raising the reserves and while making sign the statement within the necessary times

保证结果的费用情况和完成质量（通过控制、调整计划）。

- Coordinate the equipments of assembly on site:

协调总装线边计划

- Make sure of the performances of the equipments (capability, availability….)

保证设备使用性能（产能，可行性）

- Enclose the business and to carry out an experience feedback.

完成任务并提供使用反馈

l 任职条件/ Qualifications：

l 本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

l 机械、自动化和制造方面有丰富经验。

Experience of mechanics, automation and production

l 熟悉总装生产工艺和设备

Be familiar with assembly process and facilities.

l 汽车总装和工厂相关知识

Car assembly knowledge, plant organization

l 英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required---CET4.

l 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Good respected spirit, good team work skills.

l 熟练使用办公软件

Software (Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project)。
