职位描述 / Position Description

负责对汽车总装生产所需的工业设备的方案研究准备及过程实施控制，并保证其质量、进度和投资预算控制。

Steer study/production of vehicle industrial equipment with high impact on flow, quality 、progress and investment within vehicle/industrial projects.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

l 组织分管的职能组制定工作计划和各项工作责任制度，并进行工业化团队的管理，包括员工的招聘、培训等；

Set up work plan and job responsibility, management of industrial team（including employee recruitment, training ）.

l 制定总装生产线建设项目的进度计划及实施方案，组织、主持项目进度推进的日常工作；

Set up the industrial project schedule and follow the progress

l 负责技术分析及方案制定，保证设备满足产品工艺、功能及符合相关标准和法规要求.

Draft the specifications based on the standards and the reference material according to the functional needs.

l 负责提出采购申请并跟踪采购进度。

Establish the purchase request and follow its progress.

l 负责供应商技术方案分析分析、评价，支持采购部进行供应商选择.

Analyze and evaluate technical bids for the choice of suppliers in agreement with Purchasing。

l 负责监控供应商设计、制造等相关进度满足项目节点要求，保证项目管理费用、投资成本有效控制、质量目标实现、计划进度监控、相关部门协调工作，并负责项目的最终验收及报告签署。

Ensure follow-up of the studies/production respecting deadlines, costs (management of project expenses and investments) and quality of the results, monitoring the schedule, managing changes consistent with the other departments, give final acceptance and sign delivery report within deadlines.

l 协调供应商现场安装工作，包括现场准备、组织供应商/维护人员现场培训、现场组织协调、安全保证工作等；

Co-ordinate installation of means on site: Prepare the site; Organize training of suppliers and maintenance; Co-ordinate adjustment tests on site; Organize safety validation.

l 保证项目设备设施各项指标完成（可操作性、可维护性等）；

Check the performance of means (availability, maintainability).

l 负责完成项目经验总结报告；

Close the project and write experience feedback reports.

l 负责生产线进行改造，满足制造需求，如，提高装配质量、节约制造成本、提高效率等；

Be responsible to carryout assembly facilities improvements to meet production target (quality, efficiency), saving manufacturing cost, improving man-machine efficiency.

l 负责健全和完善分管职能组的奖励制度，并以此为依据对职能组及个人进行考核和奖惩；

Be responsible to set up and improve the award policy, and implement the policy according to the personnel assessment.

l 完成上级领导临时交办的其他工作。

Complete the temporary job from management as required.

l 任职条件/ Qualifications：

l 本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

l 机械、自动化和制造方面有丰富经验。

Experience of mechanics, automation and production

l 项目管理经验。

Project leader experience

l 设计分析方法知识（PFMEA,功能分析，风险分析）。

Knowledge of design analysis methods (PFMEA, functional analysis, risk analysis)

l 熟悉总装生产工艺和设备

Be familiar with assembly process and facilities.

l 英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required---CET4.

l 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Good respected spirit, good team work skills.

l Software (Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project)。
