职位描述 / Position Description

Within the framework of a vehicle or an industrial project, the mission will be to lead the general and detailed planning function and to make the follow-up of the investments and the reports at each stage of the project.

主要工作职责是推进日常大小计划的制定,以及跟进投资并汇报项目各阶段进展情况.

The Assembly Planning & Cost &Training Engineer will also have to make the follow-up of the training plan of R&D assembly members team.

还需跟进研发总装团队的培训计划

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

- Ensure a technical and methodological support for the follow-up of project

为项目的跟进提供技术支持

- Conduct the planning of the activities linked to the industrial facilities in accordance with project plan and also ensure the daily updating of the planning synthesis.

依照项目计划，制定工业设施的计划，并确保计划的日常更新

- Within the following up of all the contracts, ensure the initialization, the setting, the updating and the entry comments for the monitoring indicators

跟踪合同，确保设施的启动，安装，更新和验收

- Ensure the follow-up of resources and investments, and alert in case of a non respect of the objectives.

确保后续的资源和投资，监督目标达成

- Ensure the follow-up of training plan R&D assembly members team, and alert in case of a non respect of the objectives.

确保后续对总装研发部门的培训，监督目标达成

- Lead the planning meetings and reports.

领导计划编制的会议和报告

- Participate and lead the achievement of the feedbacks

参与和领导项目成果的反馈

l 任职条件/ Qualifications：

l 本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

l 机械、自动化和制造方面有丰富经验。

Experience of mechanics, automation and production

l 熟悉总装生产工艺和设备，熟悉计划的制定和相关软件，熟悉汽车总装的相关知识和计划组织

Be familiar with assembly process and facilities.

Planning and good use of planning software

Car assembly knowledge, plant organization

l 英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required---CET4.

l 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Good respected spirit, good team work skills.

相关软件（Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project）

l Software (Word, Excel, CAD, MS Project)。
