职位描述 / Position Description

在产品及其系列项目周期内负责总装产品工艺技术方面同步设计，保证产品、工艺设计能满足产能、工艺流程、节拍、人机工程、柔性、质量控制等要求;

Be responsible for co-designing the product/ process for the technical scope assigned for the life cycle of the project or of the series production. Ensure the assembly requirements are applied in the design in order to reach the goals: assembly capacity, process flowchart, time, ergonomics, conformity, diversity, surveillance, control.

主要职责/Main Responsibilities：

l 组织分管的职能组制定工作计划和各项工作责任制度，并进行项目团队的管理，包括员工的招聘、培训等；

Set up work plan and job responsibility, management of project team（including employee recruitment, training ）.

l 负责项目目标实现：工业化资源及投资预算、制造成本、产能、人机工程、柔性以及工艺可靠性等；

Keep the target set for his/her area of action: specific expenses (industrial investments and resources), added value to total cost of production, capabilities of equipment and procedures, ergonomics, diversity of fasteners, qualification of process.

l 保证总装相关技术标准在项目中有效执行。

Guarantee the assembly reference material is used for the project.

l 负责总装工艺的制定，并保证工艺满足制造要求.

Define and industrialize the assembly process and the workstation organization, and validate them with the plant.

l 负责项目投产所需的设备设施的准备，并提供现场技术支持；

Define the means of production launch necessary for the manufacturing and on-site surveillance of the process and control their implementation.

l 保证总装的制造需求在产品开发中实现，如供货状态、产能、可操作性以及工业化可行性等；

Ensure the assembly requirements are integrated into the technical specifications of the vehicle, the sub-systems, the volumes and interfaces of the parts, as well as the industrial modules.

l 协调各分项目技术负责人员、总装相关业务需求部门完成联合设计任务，如工艺评估、零件数量确认、作业工时、人机工程、相关业务等；

Coordinate with the Sub-system Technical managers, the architect and the layout manager, the assembly competencies that will enable them to fulfill their co-designing mission. (Assembly process assessments, controlling amount of parts, procedure time, ergonomics, interfaces….).

l 指导项目团队人员的日常工作并取得期望的成果；

Give daily work instructions to the people linked to him/her on an operational basis to obtain the expected results.

l 按照项目计划完成项目目标；

Lead the project in conformity with the goals and in compliance with the resources and investment planning.

l 负责完成项目经验总结报告；

Close the project and write experience feedback reports.

l 负责健全和完善分管职能组的奖励制度，并以此为依据对职能组及个人进行考核和奖惩；

Be responsible to set up and improve the award policy, and implement the policy according to the personnel assessment.

l 完成上级领导临时交办的其他工作。

Complete the temporary job from management as required.

l 负责向总装研发经理及相关业务领导汇报。

Report to his/her operational and hierarchical managers seeking their advice when necessary.

l 任职条件/ Qualifications：

l 本科以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

l 有较好的总装工艺知识。

Knowledge of Assembly workshops

l 有较好的汽车专业知识。

Knowledge of Automobiles

l 项目管理经验。

Project leader experience

l 设计分析方法知识（PFMEA,功能分析，风险分析）。

Knowledge of design analysis methods (PFMEA, functional analysis, risk analysis)

l 熟悉总装工装设备

Be familiar with assembly facilities.

l 英语能力—四级以上。

English skills required---CET4.

l 良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强

Good respected spirit, good team work skills.

l Software (Word, Excel, CAD,Catia, MS Project)。
