RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare OI/ISI/RI&SPC inspection plan for responsible projects according to customer specification;
2. Prepare ISI report from FOT to PR, share result with QP and customer after approved by QA manager;
3. Join production line readiness verification including on line tester and jig GR&R release, put verification label on each equipment with signature;
4. Disassemble ISI machines in PR stage to compare the mark on critical components and information listed in CDF sheet of latest CB report, any non-conformity raise up to cross function departments;
5. Organize SOP samples for SSS team FAI release, no FAI release no shipment can be released;
6. Organize FPY Scorecard for SSS team review during SOP;
7. Monitor SPC data and analyze QC findings / FPY Top issues for whole MP stage;
8. Arrange and perform regular process audit, follow up audit findings, all open items to be closed within one month;
9. Follow up weekly machine findings from customer side and organize the RC analysis and CA plan feedback to customer in time;
10.Take leader on market complaint analysis and ensure follow 8D procedure and provide report for management review and approval before share to customer, target to complete 8D report within 30days.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
1. Ability to proficiently use quality tool (MSA/Prato/Fish bone/5why analysis/8D/ Minitab…)
2. Communication skill (oral and paperwork) with customer
3. Audit skill to assist auditor to complete Assembly line Process audit
4. Ability to quickly handle market complaint
