Compliance Auditor:

Job Description: 1.Conduct IRG internal audit to suppliers which produce for IRG to make sure the ethical sourcing.
2. Evaluate potential new suppliers according to IRG standards as well as client's standards.
3. Accompany third-party official audit and work out CAP with factory if needed.
4. Follow-up CAP and find out root cause.
5. Complete special projects as required in support of clients' COC/QMS/C-TPAT.
6. Conduct relevant training to IRG cooperative factories.
7. Take party in third-party/clients seminar if required.
8. Other job assigned by the compliance manager/director

Job Requirements:
1. At least 3 years' experience in the field of social compliance.
2. Must be familiar with COC/QMS/C-TPAT knowledge, can guide factory to make improvement on COC/QMS/C-TPAT.
3. Guide new supplier to set up qualified COC/QMS/C-TPAT management system
4. Have ISO 9000 / SA 8000 certificate or related training is preferred;
5. Good command of English and computer.
6. Good interpersonal skills and team work, good communication
7. Good communication skills with factory
8. Frequent travel required.
