Job Description *

- - Design, Develop, Implementation and Sustaining of automation systems.

- - Design semi- and fully- automated control systems that incorporate industrial robots, vision systems, custom hardware, and quality control measurement techniques.

- - Help Manufacturing Operations to dramatically improve the quality and efficiency of their operation through the use of automation, robotics, and other efficiency measures that are more cost-effective and profitable.

- - Develop assembly work cell specifications as well as work with external and internal suppliers in the fabrication and test process.

- - Supporting customer automation needs during NPI and Product transfer, facilitate assembly processes through the implementation of assembly cells and automated equipment at NPI stage and ensure meeting development time-line, including Integration of automation solutions in high volume electronics manufacturing seamlessly & timely.

- - Generate all appropriate documentation for the project, such as user manuals for operation and maintenance, mechanical prints and written specification of the equipment.

- - Implementation of design database in order to accelerate future designs and generate continuous improvement on previous ideas.

- - Take ownership to sustain the automation equipment including preventive maintenance, spare part management, and continuous improvement in order to keep the machine running with high quality and efficiency.

- - Educate and train up the supporting team with technical know-how & logical mind during trouble shooting and fine tune of the automation machine in case of machine down.

Job Requirements *

- - Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Electromechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

- - Must have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the desired field

- - Fluent in written & spoken English.

- - Good knowledge of DC & AC electric motors & Drivers, servo and Stepper motors

- - Proficiency in electrical, mechanical and electronic hardware and software designs and troubleshooting. Control software & systems

- - Ample knowledge of electronic and electro-mechanical sensors, vision control systems, automated handling equipment and tools etc.

- - Must have proven experience in PLC logic & programming and Data acquisition systems (DAQ), Programming Languages using PC like: C++, Visual Basic, Lab View, Microsoft Visual Studio, National Instruments (NI) development, Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), Human machine interface (HMI), Parallel architecture core (PAC), Embedded system controls & design, Motion controls, Vision systems, Windows based GUI applications, Advanced algorithm solutions

- - Must have knowledge on the selection & use of electro-mechanical & pneumatic hardware

- - Knowledge on Solid Works and Pro-E mechanical software design tool a must

- - - Ability to work with manufacturing shop-floor engineers, external machine-shop vendors and management
