【Job Summary】
Responsible for inbound & outbound shipment arrangement, including shipping documents preparation, forwarder and transportation method selection and arrangement, daily management of logistic service providers, ensure the accuracy of shipping document and on time delivery with accuracy at reasonable logistic costs; import and export declaration and clearance for both general trade and bonded trade.

【Direct Responsibilities:】
1.Arrange inbound and outbound shipment according to the requirement from purchasing team or CSR team under the general logistic guideline to ensure shipment be made to meet the delivery requirement and cost efficiency, handle import and export declaration and clearance for both general trade and bonded trade, details as below,
2.Arrange the shipping delivery for I&E shipments on time, avoid any delay;
3.Arrange the shipping way reasonably, by Ocean, Air, Truck, Or choose the reasonable express way;
4.Make the shipping and custom documents accurately,
5.Track the logistic status for each shipment, report the usual or abnormal situation to the relative person, quick get the solution for the temporary matters;
6.Track the freight bill and tracking the delivery signed receipt.
7.Make the IE custom clearance, general trading & bonded processing trading
8.Other works if need, if the task from the direct leader, such as the job rotation & working training and other tasks etc.

【Key Qualifications:】
1.College degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Foreign Language or an equivalent combination of training, certification(s) and experience;
2.At least 5 years working experience in IE or logistic area, or custom declaration;
3.Excellent interpersonal, communication skill and team working skills & spirits;
4.Excellent bilingual skill, oral, read and written proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese;
5.Strong computer skill, MS outlook, working office software operation
