Job Description

1.Preparation and coordination of NPI (New Product Introduction) from SMT (PCBA) to Box build (System Build)

2.Coordinate with customer on engineering change, quality issue and NPI (New Product)

3.Production support in providing solution to avoid any downtime and sustained Quality target

4.Documentation of Assembly Instruction

5.Bill of Material Structure and ECO implementation

6.Design and fabrication coordination of fixture and tooling

7.Product Line Layout review

8.Continuous Improvement Plan

9.Other special assignment that may arise.

Job Requirements

1.Experience in SMT/PCBA and Box build Assembly

2.Experience in DFM and DFA analysis

3.Experience in Stencil Aperture Design

4.Experience in assembly design with considerations of error proof (Poka yoke) and ergonomic fixture design.

5.Good mechanical background in assembly fixture design and fabrication

6.Knowledgeable in QA Tools (e.g. Histogram, Pareto etc.)

7.Experience of DOE/ Cpk/ GRR (MAS)/ SPC

8.Six sigma Green Belt / Lean Manufacturing Lead or background

9.Basic knowledge in Testing is an advantage

10.Can read and write English fluently

11.Knowledge in TS16949/ AS9100/ Six Sigma is advantage.
