POSITION SUMMARY：
1.Provide concept and proposal of the firmware strategy for the new project
2.Firmware architecture, system diagram and all the infrastructure for intergrading the system of the product
3.Detail development of the firmware: source codes design, trial, debug, validation …
4.Provide solutions / supports of FW related for projects and related functions internally and partners

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Fully understand the requirements with client, project manager and mechanical engineer, closely work together with electronic engineer to Firmware for the product, including schematic, layout, component selection, etc
2.Full responsible of firmware design based on embedded system for new products, including but not limit at: wireless connection and protocol design, data frame and security control design, machine control logic design, etc
3.Support IoT expert/engineer for cloud system definition, deployment and maintain, cooperate, and manage with partners to fulfill the requirements in cloud system
4.Responsible of app definition, deployment and maintain, cooperate, and manage with partners to fulfill the requirements in app development
5.Continuously explore new technologies, innovative & creative ideas for new product development on FW and electronics related
6.Communicate with customers and partners for technical items related to FW and electronics related
7.Other tasks assigned by manager or management team

COMPETENCY：

1.Technical Project Management: Support and implement project management from technical aspect. Master cost / supplier / team / technical management
2.Innovation & Sustainable Design: Has good knowledge of new technologies development, closely communicate and grasp data from market team. Converts idea to innovation or sustainable design requirements
3.Electronics development software: Skillful with Altium Designer, Bitbucket, VSCode, MDK etc
4.Electronic Hardware Design: Have knowledge of Digital & Analogue Electronics Schematic and electronic principles
5.EMC&EMI: Have knowledge of EMC design guidelines and related standards. Have the capable of providing solutions from FW perspective for EMC/EMI problem
6.Design Knowledge of Chip Microcomputer Platform: Good knowledge of 8/16/32 bits MCU platform (including ARM or RISC-V platform), related circuit design and system architecture design of MCU platform. Good understanding of Object-Oriental Design. Fully capable of C/C++ programming with related IDE tools and debugging / improvements
7.Design Knowledge Embedded System: Good knowledge of embedded system design RTOS and/or Linux. Fully capable of debugging and improvements
8.APP (Android / IOS) Design: Good knowledge of APP system architecture design. Fully capable of developing APPs in Android and IOS environment. Master APP development IDE tools such as Android Studio and X-Code
9.Design of Wireless Application is a plus: Good knowledge of various wireless connection applications, such as WIFI, Bluetooth, 4G/5G, Lora, etc. Fully capable of designing the related protocol of various wireless communication, and program
10.Cloud System Design & Management (Frontend & Backend) is a plus: Good knowledge of cloud system architecture design and development. Fully capable of cloud deployment, API design and application for both frontend and backend
11.Big Data Science & Design is a plus: Good knowledge of data structure design and maintenance. Fully capable of organizing data flow and storage with high efficiency and low cost, using related tools to analyze data and graph values

Language level: English(to read, write and simple oral communication in English is a must; speak fluently in English would be a plus)
