职位描述

Key Activities
· Maintain and develop long-term and excellent relationships with major end customers and distributors. Key responsibility is for growing the business in this region.
· The development of growth initiatives and follow-up sales leads within defined market segments.
· Selling the ITW OCW product range, reporting and planning of activities in the dedicated sales territory and /or market segment.
· The achievement of individual sales budget and regularly reviewing of sales performance with the Country Manager China, who is located in Shanghai.
· Gaining a clear understanding of the customers’ businesses, requirements and market segments.
· Identify and execute on key end users in line with the growth initiatives as defined in the Annual Plan and Long Range Plan.
· To ensure the business is managed in accordance with ITW policies, the local law and the ITW Principles of Conduct.
· To provide commercial and technical support to the network of distributors and end customers.
· Responsible for tracking upcoming projects and working closely with the Country Manager China to ensure accurate forecasting.
· Actively participate in sales campaigns, product launches and promotions.
· Share market-specific information about projects with the team.
· Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and company presentations.
· Define customer discount structures within the guidelines of the company and where necessary in consultation with the Country Manager China.
Qualifications
· Sales experience is essential together with self-managing a local office coordinating dealer activities, after sales and logistics functions.
· Degree in Marketing, ideally with Engineering.
· Experience in High Purity welding / cutting tubes and pipes and related end markets is preferable; if not the candidate should be able to understand quickly technical applications.
· Basic written and spoken English is beneficial.
Territory
The territory is South China with an home office space and a frequent travel to the OCW China Office in Kunshan

The Focus Market for ITW-OCW is the Orbital welding and Orbital cutting market which is applicable in Market
segments like Pharma, Semicon, Food and Beverage and Aerospace.
