1 Provide internal technical support, service such as offer product & process recommendations, troubleshooting, consult product evaluations and qualifications.

2 Provide technical support to sales teams and customers in order to penetrate new accounts and maintain existing accounts.

3 Implement sales strategies, action plans for regional business & Sales/Marketing goals
3) 协助规划与执行区域业务和销售/营销目标。
4 Working with customer for a wound choke design , wound choke specification and BOM
4) 按照客户的电感需求，制作BOM，报价和规格书
5 Establish customer networks across many industries, cultivating strong relationships with the technical and procurement staff of our customers.

6 Act as customer advocate in providing feedback on technical issues/requirements.

7 Assist quality departments when dealing with customer complaints and generation of 8D action reports.

8 Establishes and cultivates an extensive network of support (R&D laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing) to facilitate completion of assignments.
8) 与相关部门研发、制造、工程、销售紧密合作以达成各项任务的实施和完成。
9 Actively participates in R&D planning for new products and materials targeted specific markets/applications.
9) 积极参与针对特定市场/应用的新产品和新材料的研发规划。
10 Perform testing/experiments and present data/observations, prepare reports.
10）基于公司产品完成应用演示方案开发，完成相关文档，并对客户和工厂进行介绍。

Requisition(detail please):
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 具备磁芯应用知识，电子工程，磁性材料和应用电子技术相关经验.
3. 5年及以上相关工作经验
4. 良好的中英文沟通能力（口头和书面）
5. 具良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神、客户导向意识和职业操守。
6. 其它：愿意出差。
