岗位职责：

1、负责公司亚马逊欧洲站的整体运营，维护账号安全及店铺运营；

2、产品资料的整理及上架，优化 listing的标题、卖点、关键词、描述等文案，制定推广计划，做好站内外引流，统计分析销售数据，制定销售策略，提高销售业绩；

3、熟悉 Amazon站内广告投放，监督实施效果，提升广告投放的转化率；

4、制定销售及推广计划，调查分析市场及竞争对手状况，并作出相应的价格调整和相关策略，推进产品排名；

5、能够独立负责 Amazon账号日常管理，维护账号的安全稳定，完善店铺政策与制度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度；发现帐号异常能即时做出快速应对措施等；

6、跟踪产品库存结构，制定FBA备货计划、保持较好的库存周转率和库存量的安全;

7、关注 listing，反馈客户体验，协助产品开发人员完善产品功能和质量；

8、处理售前、售中、售后服及妥善处理各种争议、投诉等，与客户建立良好合作关系。


任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，通用语言为英语（熟练程度），语言不限，有德西意法站的运营经验者优先;

2、有亚马逊精品经验1年及以上（优先考虑），能独立操作管理亚马逊账户，熟悉平台政策规定，并能运用于店铺日常经营当中;

3、熟悉应用各种第三方 Amazon工具，熟悉 Amazon跨国交易的价格设定、运输、支付、异议处理等程序和规则。
