职位描述
1.负责跟客户跟代理对单,以及补料给船公司.
2.负责录入应收应付的费用.以及发水单给财务跟船公司销账.
3.负责寄提单以及发票给客户,取回船公司发票跟提单.
4. 单证及文件的整理及归档等。
5. 配合财务做好核销，对账工作。
6.维护好客户的合作关系。
7.协调部门之间的工作，保证相关信息的流畅沟通与部门间的紧密合作。
