The Job
We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer. You will focus on maintaining high quality standards at BTC and suppliers’ side and be expected to provide actions before quality issues happened.

Main Responsibilities
1.Push suppliers to ensure all parts and components meet ITL/BTC standards.
2.Implement relevant quality checks to ensure that only qualified parts and components are used on the BTC production lines
3.Implement relevant quality standards to ensure that only good quality products will be shipped out of BTC
4.Feedback quality issues with proposed solutions at both BTC and suppliers to ITL engineers.
5.Create and maintain quality control plan for each project at both BTC and suppliers.
6.Evaluate quality performance for all suppliers

Qualifications
1.Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent; qualified by experience
2.High level of computer literacy; WORD; Excel

Skills & Experience
1.Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer is essential
2.Demonstrate the ability to resolve complex issues to tight timescales
3.Excellent technical knowledge of plastic injection moulding & metal components
4.Knowledge of DFM and DFA techniques
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6.High standard of both written and spoken English
7.Ability to produce clear and concise technical reports
