The Job
We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Technician with experience gained in high volume industry. You will work for Manufacturing Engineer with strong support.

Main Responsibilities
1.Prompt response to the issues raised by production line
2.Optimize process and keep SOPs updated
3.Ensure operators’ behaviour complies with SOPs and quality standards
4.Maintain high performance of fixtures and jigs
5.Troubleshooting on line to provide initial information to manufacturing Engineer
6.First article verification and feedback to production line

Qualifications
1.Mechanical engineering college or equivalent; qualified by experience
2.High level of computer literacy; WORD; Excel
Skills & Experience
1.Extensive experience as a Manufacturing Technician is essential
2.Demonstrate the ability to resolve complex issues to tight timescales
3.Technical knowledge of plastic injection moulding & metal components
4.Demonstrate an understanding of 2D and 3D drawings
5.Written and read English will be prefect
6.Ability to produce clear and concise technical reports
