Responsibility:
- Strategic selling
- Setup & maintain TEAM prior to Pre-Order & Order Entry
- Customer profiling & call reports, using CRM tool, for selected accounts
- Territory & Account Management
- Customer Budgeting
- Multi-line selling
- Customer penetration
- Volume Sales Agreements
- Credit Terms Application &/or Renewals
- Strategic Backlog Management
Knowledge
- Must have no less than 2-3 years sales experience gained from the electronic
components industry (although, with less than 2 years may be considered provided candidate has proven sales track record from the same or similar Industry
- Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer
- Understands what customer relationship building is all about (from a sales & marketing context) and applies it (Validated by the Hiring BU Manager during interview)
- Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry

Responsibility:
1.Focusing on meeting the customer’s needs, maintaining chose and long-term customer relationship.
2.Investigating and develop new business opportunities in South China, assess market studies and analyze and potentials, negotiations with customers.
3.Fully responsible for the allocated sales activities from business opportunity to receipt of payment from customers.
4.Plan, develop, organize and lead activities that are related to marketing and sales. Analyze customer inquiries, prepare quotation and feedback products information to customer.
5.To achieve the sales, consistent with the low operating cost as agreed in the budgets. Analyze market situation, product development and pricing concerning competitors. Prepare monthly business reports.
6.Authorized to submit commercial proposals and negotiate commercial contract to customers, to an agreed value designated by the management.
Requirements
1.University or College degree.
2.Minimum 5years experience within the electronic component products sales fields with a successful track record. Technical background preferred.
3.Experience from international or foreign companies preferred
4.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office or similar software.
5.Good command of written and spoken English is essential.
