Position:
Operation, Sea/Air Export/Import
Organization Structure:
-This position will directly report to Operation Manager of Shenzhen/South China.
-Subordinates: 0
Objectives:
-Satisfy customer within the company guidelines;
-Improve relationship between customer and Senator Group;
-Better the service quality constantly.
Tasks:
-Communicate with customers for shipment related issues;
-Verify the booking/documents sent by customer or internal party;
-Coordinate with customer and internal party to arrange export/import shipment;
-Communicate with carrier, co-loader, trucking company and overseas for shipping related issues;
-Handle customer complaint;
-Handle internal inquiry;
-To be back up of other colleagues when needed;
-Verify the quotation/rates presented by local sales and overseas offices;
-Report irregularity to superior;
-Verify the shipping information/instruction sent by customer;
-Send shipping information to carrier/co-loader within deadline;
-Issue shipping documents to customer without fail within deadline;
-Communicate with overseas office and make sure shipping documents/information will be delivered properly;
-Coordinate with customer/subcontractor and internal party to collect/settle payment in time;
-Cross check the quotation with cost;
-Handle customer complaint;
-To be back up of other colleagues when needed;
-Report irregularity to superior;
-Other tasks assigned by superior.

Skills required:
-Good command of English and Chinese in both oral and written;
-Good knowledge in logistics/forwarding field;
-Good PC skills include but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
-Good interpersonal skills;
-Hard working;
-Willing to learn.
