What are my responsibilities?
1. Be responsible for the true and fairness of monthly and yearly financial reports
- Review BS and PL accounts and take follow-ups actions and other analysis reports;
- AR/AP control and aging report, provision review, dunning letter, legal issue;
- Stock control and provision review; Warranty, startup review;
- Year end closing ;
-allocation rate, hourly rate etc maintenance and review
2. Responsible for various audit and actions for remediation afterwards.
3. Create/improve accounting process.
4.Tax declaration, salaries payment.
5.bookkeeping for HK office
6. Support Internal Auditor for variance system implementation and followup testing.
7. Yearly tax filling, deferred tax package review.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Over five years experience in Finance department of multinational national manufactory company. More than two years as accounting suprevisor/senior analysist or above.
2. Solid financial /accounting knowledge. Have work experience in WOFE and Logistics.
3. Reporting directly to foreign General Manager
