The Job:

Set clear sales strategies for the team in achieving assigned sales targets ? Work with the virtual team including designated members from pre-sales consultancy & product team to develop sales program.

Develop and explore new opportunities based on industry/technology trend and customers' business direction

Enhance customer relationships by providing appropriate executive coverage and develop product stickiness through partnership/outsourcing.

Proactively collect customer feedback and provide continuous support to ensure high customer satisfaction

Grow the market segment and revenue by further account penetration

Shape the team by developing good selling methodology and practices

The Person:

Degree holder in Computing, Engineering, Telecommunications or related disciplines

18 years' solid sales experience, among which 10 years are on sales management of SI and VPN.

Eager to expand job scope to business development area and formulate medium to long term strategies

Strong business acumen in driving the team to meet sales targets ? Good leadership and people management skills

Strong communicator with senior executives and has strong business mind to grasp business opportunities

Excellent selling, interpersonal and communication skills

Mature, aggressive & initiative

High proficiency in spoken Mandarin, fluent spoken English and Cantonese are preferable
