任职资格：

1、化妆品原料采购相关工作最少3年以上经验，有成功推行过新产品上市；

2、熟悉化妆品行业生产工艺，原料及包装材料配备；

3、熟练使用办公软件、电脑操作熟练；

4、有较强的市场分析能力，对化妆品行业有独特见解及认识；

5、有国内一线快消品牌工作经验或电商采购经验优先考虑；

6、其它临时办的事宜。

岗位职责：

1、收集采购渠道信息，研究分析潜在合作机会，整理资料以存备用；

2、负责化妆品产品市场信息收集和分析，在商品中心总监指导下，做好采购计划与需求确认、新供应商开发与供应商管理、采购数量控制、采购品质控制、采购价格控制、交货期控制、采购成本控制、 采购合同管理、采购记录管理。

3、了解相应供应商的分布和特点，了解物料的成本构成，独立进行对供应商的询价，比价、议价、评估、索样、订购、协调与沟通，催交。

4、与OEM工厂相关部门及时保持沟通，了解产品包材及原材料的库存情况。新产品上市的销售及市场反应等环节进行跟踪及相关问题处理。
