Asia Pacific Offset has a worldwide network of sales offices and clientele with its headquarter in Hong Kong. We have long been providing professional printing and customer services and have established as one of the world's leading print management companies. We are now expanding our ShenZhen office to support business development.

Job duties

- Follow up orders and work according to schedules

- Communicate with oversea clients

- Liaise with local Chinese suppliers

- Prepare purchase orders, arrange material purchase, shipments, etc.

- Work on any ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

- Bachelor degree holder preferably from English Language major

- Fluent English language skill is a must

- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office

- Hard working, responsible and with initiatives

- Experience in printing/ packaging industry is an advantage

- Fluency in Cantonese is an advantage
