岗位职责:

Product industrialization (IC):

 - Development & qualification of new product and module technology.

 - Manage product qualification process according to IDEMIA qualification test program. Ensure test requirement implementation in accordance to IDEMIA 

    test conditions. 

 - Manage product deployment coordination, internal and external technology transfer in factories worldwide including module subcontractors.

 - Harmonize process and technology integration with local engineering and all stakeholders.

 - Provide support to manufacturing site in pilot run, ramp-up and mass production of new product.

 - Perform failure analysis and process defect problem solving of IC module, write & communicate product releases report and project roadmap

 

任职资格:

Education: BS in Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 

Language: Good written and communication skills in English

Technical skills：

a）Project management skill. 

b）Strong process & methodological skills (presentation, documentation, technical reporting & communication). 

c）Electronics reliability and failure analytical skill. (FMEA, Risk assessment, Control plan)

d）Good leadership skill:

   - Ability to work with other departments / Different sites, subcontractors and suppliers.

   - Able to work under pressure, with minimum supervision. (Autonomous)

Experience & background:

a）5 Years in minimum experience.

b）Experience in semiconductors engineering and manufacturing

c）Knowledge in electronics testing. 

d）IC packaging process and hands on experience

e）Knowledge in project management

f）6 Sigma methodology experience

g）Knowledge in data analytical tools, DOE, FMEA. 

Competencies / Soft skills:

a）Good MS software skills (Excel, PPT, Access) 

b）Knowledge in drawing software (AutoCad, Solidworks)
