Job responsibilities:      

1 Monitor of goals for product quality. establish a mechanisam with each source of quality for reporting on a regular basis;

2  Implementation of total solution in regards to process improvement and quality cost controlling within the product quality process;

3 Participation in product quality related projects ( inspection leadtime, standard, agreement);

4 Define/evaluate product quality to the project, monitor the implementation during production;

5 MSA identification and implementation;

6 Leading interal team for all product quality issues;

7 Advises quality manager on all product quality issue as they relate to continuity of customer satisfaction and quality cost;

8 Participates in regular production team meetings to ensure that quality issues are handled and controlled well

9 Manage daily product quality including in-process quality controlling and outgoing quality check.

10 Other responsibilities, functions, duties and projects as assigned by the Quality Manager.

Position requirements:

1 Bachelor degree or above, electronic engineering or related;

2 Min. 6 years professional experience in similar position, preferably in automobile elctronics industry;

3  Full IBS knowledge, know SAP & PDM;

4 Full IPC-A-610 knowledge;

5 Familiar with IATF 16949;

6 Excellent command of English (listening, reading, writing and speaking);

7 Management skills in plan, control, lead, organize;

8 Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in quality issues;

9 Collabrative, open-minded and results driven.
