Title: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
SBU: SZ LSS BB
Reports to: DPP Operations Manager (Functional report to Leverage LSS Master Black Belt)
Location: DCH, Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

? Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to support regional growth in various areas, such as operations, work process improvement and promote lean six sigma culture. Also support DPS TRACC best practice implementation at SZ site

- Master the Green Belt and Lean practitioner curriculum with clear understanding of the concepts of the Six Sigma methodology and the Lean enterprise theory.
- Oversee Green Belts / Lean practitioner projects to support improvement by providing Lean Six Sigma methodology mentoring.
- Provide Green Belts and Lean training per business need.
- Support operation unit to manage improvement project pipeline.
- Be the subject matter expert in DPS TRACC related modules
- Help build Lean six sigma and DPS TRACC competency through hands on experience
- Lead and complete 3-4 projects with total validated hard $ savings of at least US$350M within 2 years.
- Responsible for the assigned roles or projects in SBU, such as:
n Project pipeline management
n Lean improvement leader.

Qualifications:

1. Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree, with major in Science or Engineering

2. Work Experience
- 3-5 years of work experience, with project management preferred

3. Skills and knowledge
- Good conceptual capacity in identifying the patterns in information form variety of sources
- Good leadership skill in guiding individuals (reports, peers, or groups) towards the attainment of specific goals and involve them in decision making
- Demonstrate ability to present information/ideas to individuals/team in an articulate and organized way
- Good communication and project management skills
- Capability to get results and accomplish goals according to agreed timelines
- Certified Green Belt, preferably certified Black Belt
- Good coaching skill is preferred
- Lean experience
- Good verbal and written communication capability in Mandarin and English
