Summary of Position:

    

This position is responsible for Collecting, Analyzing, Tracking & Realizing the Cost Savings & Inflations for all RSC product BOMs which recognized by Sourcing Managers.

    

    

Responsibilities:

    

·        Work with Sourcing Managers and Contract Manufactures to manage and maintain Cost Change Tacking.

    

·        Maintain Cost productivity monthly update for APAC suppliers.

    

·        Monthly PPV, Credit Notes, Inflation Summary.

    

·        Work with Global Cost Management team to report APAC Cost Changes.

    

·        Cooperate with Cross Functional team to identify Cost saving/ Inflation details

    

·        Supporting Tie 1 Sourcing Mangers on RFQs.

    

·        Supporting Sourcing Managers on Credit Notes and Debit Notes recording and progressing.

        

·        Other duties as assigned by Managers.

Qualifications:

    

·        College or Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical or Electrical are preferred.

    

·        3-5 years’ working experience are required.

    

·        Experience of working with Oracle/SAP systems.

    

·        Attention to detail and accuracy.

    

·        Strong data analysis skill is required.

    

·        Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

    

·        Good English written and oral communication skills.

·        Communication cross functionally.

        

·        Is self-starting, self-motivated, highly organized and result-oriented.

    

·        Has ability to manage multi-tasks, and priority ordering.

    

·        Travel to contract manufacturers as required.

    

    

Accountabilities:

    

·        Accountable for creating, maintaining cost change/productivity file

    

·        Accountable for quotation update, credit notes collection based on cost productivity file

    

    

    

Relationships:

    

·        Reports directly to Sr. Strategy Sourcing Manager. 

    

·        Reports indirectly to Sr. Cost Management Manager.
