Responsibilities

• Design, create, update and maintain electrical engineering features for Microsoft hardware products
• Create and review design documents.
• Utilize various schematic entry and layout tools (Cadence, Allegro, etc.)
• Take, summarize, and report signal measurements using typical EE test equipment (oscilloscope, meters, Signal Analyzers)
• Utilize the Microsoft task allocation system to collect project information and tasks requests.
• Utilize the Microsoft bug management system to resolve EE issues.
• Support and debug product builds in our T1 / T1.5 / T2 factories.
• Support engineering tools and prototypes used in product development and exploration.
• Support Certification testing in China factories and labs.

Qualifications and Requirements

?     Bachelor degree or above majored in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related

• More than 10 Years of Extensive Hands-on Experience in High speed Circuit design and Design Verification Testing (DVT) activities
• Shall possess strong Intel Processor / SOC Based Mother board Digital Designs
• Shall have extensive experience in doing root cause analysis for board test failures and track the issue log for closure
• Shall hand-on experience in PCB Layout Design and Reviews
• Shall have hands-on experience in Circuit Design Analysis like Logic compatibility analysis, timing analysis, SI and PI Analysis
