Job Description ：Prepare and analysis monthly financial report, Cloud System guidance 、 improvement and maintenance. Follow up the government subsidies project and National High-tech report. Responsible for prepare OH report &P&L. Record the monthly and quarterly fellow subsidiaries financial data in Frango system

主要工作职责:

Main responsibilities:

1. 熟悉使用金蝶Cloud系统并能解决日常Cloud操作问题。

Be familiar with the Cloud system and solve the problem of daily Cloud operations.

2. 每月末调整汇率,结账并检查所有会计分录的准确性。

Adjustment the exchange rate and do month end closing in the end of month. Check all the accounting vouchers.

3. 每月结账后维护科目余额明细表

After the month end closing, update the breakdown of the GL balance.

4．每月结账后编制OH report、P&L

After the month end closing，prepare OH & P&L report

5.每月末和季度末将在Frango系统中申报各子公司的月度/季度报表数据和申报集团品质报表

Record the monthly and quarterly fellow subsidiaries financial data in Frango system and update the Worldfavor quality cost report and record it on timely

6. 研发费用的归集，火炬报表和高新年度报表；政府各补贴项目的跟进、国高证书申请等

Collection the research and development cost, Government request need to record the National High-tech report. Follow up the government subsidies project and apply for the National High-tech certificate material.

7.以上主要工作职责并未包括所有的工作，其他相关工作由上司根据工作需要适当安排。

财会类大专以上学历，已取得中级会计职称优先录取。

College degree of Finance and Accounting, Intermediate Level Accountant

职位所需经验与技能要求:

Job experience and skills requirement:

3年以上工作经验，具备该职位的专业知识能力。熟练使用各类办公软件。英语读写能力良好，接受海外出差。

More than 3 year of work experienc, Specialized knowledge and ability of this position. Be familiar with all kinds of office software such as excel/PPT/Word. Good at English reading and writing ability. Accept overseas on a business trip.
