Job Responsibilities:  

1. 负责管辖区域内经销商的审核、开发、培养以及管理工作

2. 履行公司对经销商的管理政策和规定，对辖区内的经销商进行管理，正确传达以及执行公司的政策规定

3. 负责提升经销商的业务能力和竞争力，提升经销商品牌忠诚度，增加市场占有率

4. 负责与相关部门的良好协作与沟通，为经销商提供相应的支持

5. 使用CRM，My Hempel等公司管理系统管理经销商

6. 完成销售目标

7. 市场情报的收集与分析，竞争对手信息汇总整理

8. 完成直线经理分配的相关工作
   

                

Job Requirement: 

1. 大学本科及以上学历

2. 至少3-5年的涂料销售经验，有分销商管理工作经验的优先.

3. 优秀的沟通能力，良好的商务谈判能力

4. 良好的市场调查分析能力，数据分析能力，熟练操作办公软件

5. 能接受频繁出差，承受较大工作压力

6. 乐于分享，团队协作
