Job Description:

    

1.Purchase Orders (PO) liaison with US team, or other regions’ teams if needed.

• Validate order details (i.e. price, MOQ, dates), push/guide supplier to update open PO report in a regularly basis.
• Working with US team to review forecasts/demand
• Challenge MOQs and lead-times to assist US manage stock levels and availability

                

2.  Vendors and production

• Identify key stakeholders who control production and thus deliveries.
• Monitor orders from order acknowledgment to production till delivery, follow up with supplier on raw materials availability, production schedules, packaging transitions etc.
• Raise potential issues and delays early/ proactively and seek solutions

                

3.  Relationships

• Build close relationship with the US team and act together to manage the order book
• Collaborate with colleagues in China to assist in information gathering (e.g. Sourcing , QA , Engineering)

            

Required Qualifications / Requirements

    

1.Faculty or College in related majors.

    

2.Good command of English (both written & oral).

    

3.Minimum 4 years working experience in supply chain operation of foreign trade company is preferred.

    

4.Knowledge of supply chain terminology and process is an advantage.

    

5.Understanding in production and quality assurance is preferred.

    

6.Good computer skills.

    

7.Excellent communication skills.

    

8.Customer oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
