Responsibilities:

·        Weekly review material shortage with CM side

·        Lead & cooperate the shortage recovery plan with related sourcing managers and CMs side to sustain production

·        Cooperate the material balance between CMs and RSC WHK

·        Identify critical components with cross function team based on market status

·        Lead critical component in advance PO, buffer stock & inventory level control (both CM & RSC WHK)

·        Cooperate with cross function team of part sourcing, alternative plan

·        Excess, EOL or Scrap material review and PO

·        Supporting the expense PO for engineering sample, spot buy, PPV, Scrap and etc. 

  

Qualifications:

·        8 plus years electronic components sourcing/procurement experiences, electronic consumer product area preferred.

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·        Must be self-directed, possess excellent team building skills, and have good contract management and negotiation skills.

·        Strong leadership skills and ability to successfully lead a collaborative, cross-functional, cross-cultural team.

·        Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.

·        Strong negotiation and contracting skills.

·        Fluent English in both oral and written Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs

·        Reports to the Sr. Strategic Sourcing& Purchasing Manager
