任职资格：

1、 大专或以上学历；

2、 具备3-5年的家具（含木制及金属）、五金卫浴及灯饰产品的检验工作经验，了解家具、卫浴、灯饰产品的相关结构及基本性能；

3、 优秀的领导能力、沟通协调能力，具备团队合作精神，并在品质控制领域具备丰富的经验；

4、 工作认真、踏实、负责，严谨细致，做事有原则；能主动学习业务知识, 能独立工作, 拥有很强的问题解决能力和沟通能力

5、 英语良好，能用英语作为工作语言；

6、 能承受工作压力，并适应经常出差；

7、 曾在专业家具、卫浴、灯饰工厂或贸易公司工作过，并有以下种类产品知识或经验优先考虑，如家具、椅子、五金卫浴架、灯饰。

岗位职责：

1、 与生产厂商以及本公司各业务部门建立良好的关系，保证产品品质；独立处理质量客诉问题；

2、 掌握木材、油漆、海绵、皮革、布料、金属等原材料知识和检验标准。熟悉家具行业品质管理，了解欧美国家标准要求，并能建立相应的检验规范；

3、 熟悉质量检验流程，具备分析质量问题的能力，分析生产时出现质量问题的根本原因并及时解决提出纠正或预防措施；

4、 负责策划质检部的工作流程和控制方法，制订公司产品的相关检验标准，做好公司产品生产过程各阶段的质量检验管理工作，监督执行并同时记录整理检验数据，要求下属及时做QC检验报告；

5、 负责能领导QC team 完成各项任务，指导下属对公司产品的检验、测试，尤其是制程检验和成品检验；监督下属做好大货出货的产品检验；

6、 负责品质部人员录用决定及管理。

7、 熟悉涉及家具、灯饰、五金卫浴产品的各种检验和测试工具，负责本部门的品质检验标准指导及培训；

8、 公司领导安排的其他事务。

特别提醒：此职位需要在东莞、惠州等地的工厂上班，上班地点流动性比较大。
