1.执行公司的操作流程以良好的态度为客户提供卓越优质的服务；

2.处理和准备进出口报关必要的文件，与报关行紧密联系；

3.确保以准时的服务态度去对待所有客户的订单与及时准确地回复客户的问题；

4.确保系统的录入和建立文档的准确性；

5.团队精神，紧密地与本部及其它部门的同事进行日常沟通，确保能满足客户的需求及能解决日常业务问题；

6.在必要时紧密跟踪货物动态，例如难度大的货物及因故推迟的货物等，并同时保证有效的内部及与客户之间的沟通；

7.协调及安排国内运输 – 提货及运送，并直接与仓库主管联系；

8.了解并熟悉操作成本，对于任何因需要提供额外操作要求的客户进行报价，并提供正确的交接单给财务部门；

9.执行上级主管分配的特殊任务/项目。

相关教育背景，技能，知识和经验：

1．大专及以上学历，良好的英文读写能力，能用书面英语与国外的客户或同事顺利地进行沟通；

2．熟练使用计算机软件，如Word和Excel;

3．当工作需要时愿意加班;

4．能高效地在客户设定的截止日期内完成任务;

5．大学英语4级或以上，物流专业或接受过相关专业培训者优先;

6．3年以上相关领域工作经验优先（国际海/空运）.

7.  熟悉海运进口或拼箱操作者优先。

8.  熟悉Cargo Wise系统者优先。

Position Accountability:

1. Follow the operation handling procedures offer the good service to customers with good manner.

2. Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs broker to rectify and issues.

3. Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customers on a timely manner.

4. Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation.

5. Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers' requirements and solve daily operational issues.

6. Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers.

7. Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements - collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor.

8. Understand and know well the operation cost, give correct quotation to customers for any additional operational requirements and provide billing documents to Finance Department.

9. Perform any special duties as assigned by the management.

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

1. College degree or above, good English reading and writing ability, able to communicate with foreign customers or colleagues in written English smoothly；

2. Fluent of using computer software such as Word and Excel;

3. Willing to work overtime when required;

4. Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment;

5. CET4, College in Logistics or related disciplines is a plus;

6. Minimum 3 years related working experience in international forwarding, air freight / shipping field.

7. Familiar with ocean import and consolidation operation is preferred. 

8. Familiar with Cargo Wise system is preferred.
