Main Responsibilities

?Communication with denmark headquarter to ensure Project will deliver all their needs for Quality, Delivery and Cost
?Work within company guidelines for Project management, including Quality Gates
?Compile specification and lead all technical requirements for external suppliers.
?Provide Quality Inspection, Purchasing, Logistics and Commercial teams with their tasks and targets.
?Improve the team ability, mentor less experienced staff to achieve the goal
?Identifying potential risks and issues to the project goals, and reporting them to danmark headquarterand custoer.
?Build trust with customer with excellent MS Project plans, Quality plans and Delivery plans
?Driving and checking performance of other departments to achieve a good result for the customer quality, delivery and cost.

Key Skills

?Experienced user of MS Project
?People skills to drive and motivate those people not directly working for you.
?Excellent English and ability to communicate well with customers. Professional approach.
?Excellent knowledge of furniture industry.
?Problem solving approach to achieve best solution for customer
?Ability to work under pressure to achieve the goal and multi-task.

Qualifications and experience

?5-10 years of experience in steel or other heavy engineering industry.
?More than 5 years experience of project management
?furniture industry or Automotive background is essential
?At least junior college education background
?Good Communication both in spoken and written English, be able to work with Chinese and european people equally well.
?The attitude of customer focused is essential
