The following candidates must meet the following request criteria :

1 ) Worked in same position before , in same filed also for at least 3 years

2) Understand & practice all office management , hiring staff , internal issues in company ., administration skills & managerial skills

3)Following staff & company administration , including hiring & training of new employees

4)Experienced in trading business import & export , including warehousing CIQ, documents needed for import & export , as well as gathering cargo from suppliers & consolidate in a container , cargo segregation …etc .

5)Experienced in dealing with different governmental sectors , banks , insurance , accounts , tax …etc , including accounting companies .

6)Worked & understood in sales issues to agents worldwide , suppliers & also in trading companies to buy & sell

7)Worked before in operation department can execute & follow air & ocean shipments

8)Have good relations to steamship lines , co loaders in different ports , trucking & clearance companies that can execute shipments by ocean freight & / or Airfreight from A-Z , also can watch day to day operation shipments/ business , comments , follow team & direct , solve problems if any .

9)Have sales & connections capabilities & skills tto maintain & can bring new business to the company .

10 )Able to put short , medium & long strategies / plans to follow comply & achieve

11 )Must be able to handle the day to day normal routine work with full responsibility while owner is not in the company , decision maker .

12 )Perfect command of English written & Spoken

Kindly note that we are Cairo Freight Systems (Shenzhen) Co .LTD, this is our new born baby branch opened middle of August 2012.

After opening our branch last March 2012 in Hong Kong, decided to open a new one in Shenzhen with full service as we are registering now to be NVOCC logistic company, as well as can do the import & export ( trading business license ), issuing our own house bills of lading & house air way bills offering a door to door service via our expertise agents network .

Our mother head office is in Egypt established since 1997 ( i.e. 16 years ), with 3 branches there in Cairo, Alexandria & 10th of Ramadan, registered as FIATA, IATA, HTFN, Globe tracking Network, Egyptian Civil Aviation ( E.C.A ) members .

Plan for next year is to open a new office in Guangzhou.
