• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

• 3 -5 years working experience in electronics segment sales. Familiar with fastener and metal is plus

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Able to work with all levels to get things done

• can work under pressure, willing to overtime and domestic business trip if necessary

• Strong will to develop new business

• Self-motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment

• Good manners and sales sense

• Good English, CET6.

• Good MS office skill.

                    

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

  

• Develop and execute of NBD plans for Electronics team with focus in Electronics segments or related segments

• Maintain/improve existing business and customers to meet or exceed the OP

• Secure orders and work with the plants to ensure timely delivery of products

• Identify and build strong relationships with target/strategic customers to support business growth

• Negotiate with NBD target customers on contracts, pricing and issues

• Co-ordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints

• Visit customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities

• Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy

• Prepare various sales reports for managers.
