Responsibilities:
? To handle a wide range of administrative support duties
? Execute the day-to-day operations of the administration team
? Provide general secretarial support to the team and management
? Be responsible for calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of project components and staff assignment
? Manage, coordinate and screen a high volume of correspondences with autonomy, such as telephone calls and emails
? Assisting in the drafting and preparation of business documents such as monthly reports, presentations and data analysis, requiring the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
? Develop and organize contact details for marketing and advertisement campaigns
? Internal and external liaison with business colleagues and partners, as well as external parties to ensure smooth business operations
? Handle ad hoc assignments assigned by the management

Requirements:
? Degree holder with 2 years’ experience in serving Senior Management team in administration and related areas
? Good command of written and spoken in Chinese, English and Mandarin
? Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
? Display a detail-oriented approach to daily activities and result driven
? Ability to interact effectively with management at all levels
? Well-organized, proactive, high accuracy, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure
? Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written) together with proficient problem solving abilities and analytical thinking.
? Proficiency in MS Office applications with sound skills in Excel and PowerPoint
? Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills
