Responsibilities
- Petty cash & bank accounts basic maintenance & management
- Cash withdrawal / banking / visit bank for related banking issues

- settle foreign exchange every month.
- Travelling expenses reimbursement checking against Travelling Procedures
- Book keeping for cash & monthly cash inventory & bank reconciliation
making
- Checking payment requisition forms against necessary supporting documents (
invoice, contract / agreement /PO /debit note, etc)
- VAT invoice verification & drawing
- Accounting documents maintenance and filing
- Liaison of some office administrative works
- Welcome and arrange all visitors in a timely and professional manner;
- purchase stationery and office suppliers to meet colleagues need;

- arrange travel requirements; book flight tickets, cars, etc..

Requirements
- Graduated from college or above, majored in accounting or related
- 1 year cashier working experience in foreign investment company
- Good PC skills(Word, Excel, etc) (familiar with one type of Accounting
Software is a plus)
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills; Good teamwork spirit
- Good English in written & oral;
- Honest, diligent, detail orientated & careful; Proactive &
positive; To be able to work under pressure
- Familiar with government regulations
- Hold qualified certificate for taking in accounti
