采购助理
Playfect 中国办事处正在寻找一个特别能干的采购助理加入我们的采购团队。所选择的候选人应该是积极主动并注重实效的，在与中国供应商谈判中做到高度可靠、耐压力强并且坚决果断。能耐心地寻找和评估产品报价。向总部提交可靠的产品采购报告。
职责：
1，通过当地的网站来源寻找并审核新的产品或者供应商
2，建立并维持与供应商的合作关系
3，收集新的产品并核查其物品价值
4，快速完成产品设计团队和总部交予的工作要求

5，取得供应商的详细信息，及产品描述和认证

6，协助相关行业的调查研究

要求：
大学本科以上学历，商务英语专业优先考虑
良好的的英语书写能力和口语沟通能力
至少2年的外资企业工作经验
至少2年中国供应商合作工作经验
有互联网搜索研究经验

最好熟悉电子产品
能与同事友好相处，善于团队合作
能够用书面语言媒体沟通与合作
对视频游戏、手机以及玩具有浓厚的兴趣
良好的计算机技能，特别是Excel、word办公软件

Sourcing assistant:
Playfect’s China office is seeking an exceptional sourcing assistant to join our sourcing team.
The chosen candidate should be motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented. The candidate must be high reliable, tolerant, and determined with local suppliers negotiation. Be able to commute reliably reports to the head office and be very competent researcher and evaluator of quotations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1，Source and audit new products/ suppliers via Local source websites

2，build and maintain relationships with vendors
3，Collect new items, inspect and value

4，complete work requests received from product developers team and head office

5，Obtain suppliers details information, product specifications and certifications

6， assist to identify industry research

REQUIREMENTS
Chinese native
BA university graduate or above – business English – advantage
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Former experience at video games consoles and/or tablets/smartphone industries - significant advantage
Experience in foreign companies – at least 2 years
experience in coordinating with Chinese suppliers – at least 2 years
Experience at internet researching
Familiar with consumer electronic products - advantage
Able to get along with others and be a team-player
Able to communicate and motivate via written media
An active interest in video games, mobile industry and toys
Good computer skills, particularly Excel and Word
