主要职责：

1, To manage the department workload ensuring that key project deliverables are met on time every time 

2, Follow up on design review issues, FMEA’s, KPI’s, product specifications issues and countermeasures.

3, Knowledge and experience to develop designs that are functionally complete in a timely manner, 

4, Applies professional judgment based on quantative test data and information, and Developing and writing test plans and specifications. 

5, Evaluating products and devices according to recognized standards and procedures. Collaborate with China Engineering team over tool development and engineering build requirements

任职要求：

At least 10+ years in small home electrical appliance as Design Engineer / Project Engineer in a supervisor/manager role for more than 7 years

Functional Skills/Knowledge 

1, Knowledge of design for manufacture (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA), plastic injection part design and tooling. 2, Knowledge of UL, GS, CSA and devices safety approvals

3, Expert with Pro-E Wildfire modeling software · 

4, With experience of managed whole product in factory, good sense of project management and basic skill 

5, Good communication ability in both written and oral English
