职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Expand markets in China for Springboard Corporate Training
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships (Client Relationship Manager)
3. Take an active role in preparing and negotiating training contracts / understand client expectations
4. Actively participate in the CultureBox (Springboard’s social-marketing tool for developing student / client relationships)
5. Participate with the preparation, delivery and management of training
6. Interpret and analyse pre/post-training evaluations
7. Assist with the development of customized training materials and delivery
Requirements:
1. University graduate preferably in Human Resources Management or Mass Media Communications and / or Services Marketing
2. A minimum of four-years work experience in HR and corporate sales
3. Established relationships within corporate HR networking circles
4. Good command of English and a willingness to work alongside native English-speaking professionals
5. Mature and able to work independently
6. Organized and able to demonstrate a good sense of project management
7. Flexible in terms of working arrangements
1. 本科以上学历，人力资源管理或大众媒体传播/ 服务行业营销专业优先考虑
2. 至少有4年以上人力资源或企业销售工作经验
3. 具备良好的英语口语能力，具有与母语是英语的专业人士一起共事的意愿
4. 在企业人力资料网络建立有合作关系优先
5. 成熟稳重，具有独立工作的能力
6. 具有组织能力，并有良好的项目管理能力
