工作职责：
1.负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划，制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
2.负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
3.负责组织的销售运作，包括计划、组织、进度控制和检讨；
4.设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划；
5.负责建立和管理激励销售队伍，承担销售任务，完成部门及个人销售目标；
6.从销售和客户需求的角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议。

任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历；
2、三年以上销售管理工作经验；
3、积极、乐观、诚实、正直，能承担工作压力，执行力强，表现为执行效率和执行能力；
4、有学习、掌握新知识新技能的欲望和能力，有良好的理解与分析能力，具沟通协调能力与团队合作精神；
5、具备物流、互联网、金融投资、保险、电子商务行业工作经验的优先考虑。
