1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；应届毕业生均可。
2、对B2C有一定的了解！
3、有ebay & 亚马逊平台操作经验优先！
4、处理客户邮件及订单，并跟踪订单进展状况，确保订单的顺利完成；
负责处理客户问题，包括售前咨询、 售后维护以及妥善处理各种平台纠纷，
保持店铺或账号的好评率和良好的信用度。
5、对外贸行业有激情，具备团队合作意识，有上进心，为人诚信,
做事认真细心，具有较强的责任心和执行能力，能够承受一定的工作压力。
