工作内容：

1.销售计划的制定及执行——根据公司战略及市场状况，制定所辖区域餐饮渠道销售策略及具体执行计划。

2.Develop sales plan of horeca channel according to company strategy/ category strategy/ brand strategy…In charge of execution of the sales plan with team.

 

3.完成公司年度销售目标

Reach annual sales target of company.

 

4.新客户开发及老客户维护，在老客户中挖掘    新的销售机会

 Manage new clients developing. Maintain good relationship with existing clients. Develop new sales opportunities among existing clients. 

 

5.对市场动态的敏锐洞悉，总结，及时反馈，并协助制定相应的应对策略及战术。

Need to be sensitive to the market and keep frequent communication with company of the trend to develop strategy accordingly.

 

要求 Requests:

                                                            

1. 对精美食材/美食充满热情，对生活充满热情

Passion for gourmet, passion for life

2. 男女不限、 大专以上学历、年龄在25~35周岁

No gender preference, bachelor degree or above, at the age of 25 to 35 .

3. 2年以上餐饮销售经验 

More than 2 years of catering sales experience

       

4．良好的团队协作能力、人际沟通能力、计划与执行能力、分析与创新能力

Good team work ability, and good skills in interpersonal communication , planning, execution, analysis and innovation.

5．具有高度的工作热情和责任感，工作细致、严谨

Have a high degree of enthusiasm and sense of responsibility

6. 刻苦耐劳，耐心

工作时间：9:00-18:00 周末双休  入职即购买五险一金
