岗位职责（Roles and Accountabilities）
l 负责公司生产工艺内控文件的编制。
Responsible for process documents compiling.
l 认真执行公司各项规章制度和工作程序。
Follow HYLNG’s policy and procedure.
l 向工程技术部总经理汇报。
Report to Engineering & Technical Department Manager.
主要工作（Principal Activities）
l 个人年度KPI设定，半年回顾，年度绩效总结。
Personal annual KPI setting up, half-year review, annual summary.
l 建立并保持工程技术部工艺管理体系文件。
Assist the leader to establish and maintain Engineering & Technical Department process management system documents.
l 通过积极参与安全程序的开发、实施和改善来创造安全生产的氛围。
Promote a positive safety culture by active participation in development, implementation and enforcement of the safety procedures.
l 开发、维护和管理项目、运营和维修的工作程序。
Develop, maintain and manage project，operational & maintenance procedures.
l 准备团队有关预算并在管理中控制整个费用在预算范围内。
Prepare team budgets and manage business to stay within budgets.
l 确保LNG接收站符合环保承诺及其他规定。
Ensure compliance with environmental consents and limitations imposed on the LNG terminal.
l 协助施工经理监督项目过程，推动、发展和建立项目策略，以完全达到提到项目经济、计划、安全、质量和技术要求。
Assisting the Engineering Manager/Field Engineering Manager in monitoring Project progress and to challenge, co-develop and shape the Project strategy with the aim of improving Project economics, schedule, HSE, quality and technical integrity
l 作为LNG技术中心，向项目部和EPC承包商传输有效的项目执行知识。
To act as the center of expertise for the LNG technology and to transfer this knowledge to the PMT and EPC Contractor for the effective execution of the Projects.
l 向项目部和EPC承包商逐步传输必要的好的工程实践，保证技术数据包、工作范围、项目描述和规范标准的强制性要求，在任何阶段都能被完全理解和接受。
To instill as necessary into the PMT and EPC Contractor good engineering practices and to ensure that the mandatory requirements of the Technical Data Package, Scope of Work, Project specifications and codes and standards are understood and adhered to during all phases.
l 为预试车和试车提供前期的工艺设计条件，并协助试车经理以保证EPC承包商发展和执行有效的设备检查和测试计划，准备预试车和试车程序。
To provide front-end input to the process design requirements for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, and to assist the Commissioning Manager in ensuring the EPC Contractor develops and implements effective equipment Inspection & Test Plans and Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Procedures.
l 在施工阶段提供现场工程支持，协助关闭现场技术咨询、不合格项和让步接受项等需求。
To provide field engineering support during construction, assisting in close-out of site technical queries, non-conformances, concessions requests, etc.
l 为机械完工团队提供工艺支持，以保证尾项和预试车工作有效的关闭。
To provide process engineering support to the Completions Team ensuring punch-listing and pre-commissioning activities are closed out effectively.
l 在试车阶段提供工艺支持。
To provide process engineering support during commissioning.
l 为项目安全设计审查和其他参数审查及过程提供工艺技术支持。
To provide process engineering support to the Project Safety Design Reviews and other value improving reviews and processes.
l 协调所涉及的单位部门做好项目、运营和维修质量管理工作。
Coordinate with related department to do project、operation & maintenance quality management work.
l 检查现场的工作质量，做好检查记录，针对检查出的问题采取相应的整改措施并负责监督落实。
Checking the quality of the site works, and doing an inspection records, Taking
corresponding measures for the problems and responsible for monitoring the
implementation.
l 参与事故的调查、分析和处理，按有关规定及时上报事故原因分析和处理意见，并形成完整记录。
Participation in investigation, analysis and processing of accident, report the cause of the accident and treatment in time, formed a complete record.
l 向工程技术部总经理提交工作日报。
Report the daily work to Engineering & Technical Department Manager

能力与经验（Competencies and Experience）
l 熟悉掌握油气行业规范和要求。
Familiar the code、standard and requirement of oil-gas industry.
l 认识和理解设备、电仪、土建的相关标准和规范。
Understanding the specifications of equipment，I/E & civil field.
l 有良好的社交和沟通能力。
Good communication skills.
l 了解基本的项目管理知识。
Understanding basic project management knowledge.
l 高度的责任心和工作主动性。
A very high level of personal commitment and initiative work attitude.
l 具备一定的书面英语和英语口语能力。
Must have some written English and spoken English.
l 熟练使用办公软件。
Can use office software skillfully.
教育背景 (Educational Background)
l 大学本科及以上学历，油气储运或相关专业。
University degree in Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation or equivalent.
l 至少10年工作经验，至少5年工艺管理经验。
At least 10 (ten) years relevant experience with at least 5 years in process managerial role.

公司现阶段正开展液化天然气接收站项目及相关产业的开发建设及经营。华瀛天然气接收站项目选址在潮州市饶平县大埕镇大埕湾西南端，项目工程建设总投资120亿元人民币，包括一座LNG码头，2个15万吨级 LNG船泊位，兼靠10万吨 LNG船, 一个60000立方的LNG泊位，一座工作船码头及相应的配套设施，两条15万吨级LNG运输船，为天然气的海上运输提供安全、及时、高效和低成本的服务。项目建成后主要用于接收输配国外进口LNG气源，通过高压天然气外输管道与潮州市天然气高压管网连通，将天然气输送到用户，并通过 广东“全省一张网”的天然气输配系统向粤东、广东省及周边地区供应天然气，总建设规模600万吨/年。
