1.      Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any gaps in plans preventing meeting order schedule

2.      Take lead to implement “Total Inventory Management”

3.      Developed MRP process, Inventory of ITO and DOS management

7.      E&O reporting and solutions, EOL material control

8.      Reduced inventory and define annual ITO goal.

9.      Lead and work on the related project of related material transfer, Inventory Management, Systems of MRP, systems of inventory to set up, cost improvement with purchasing team, etc.

10.   Necessary data analysis and report for team performance management

11.   Coordinate with Sourcing team for vendor management to make sure the vendor performance could meet requirement

12.   reducing and eliminating shortages

13.   Manage production planning and performance

14.   Coordinate forecast with corporate, develop build plan and communicate to all required parties

15.   Plan and solve any roadblocks to meeting plan

16.   Be responsible for report generation and distribution

17.   Represent the planning organization in internal program meetings

18.   Manage team’s KPI to align with company’s goal

19.   Training team member on material and inventory management knowledge

20.   Development and maintain related process

21.  Perform other such duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management in support of the Laboratory goals and objectives.

Requirements:

    

1.   Education Background : College degree or above

    

2.   At least 5 years’ experience on SCM Planning and 3 years’ experience on team management

    

3.   Excellent logic thinking and planning skills

    

4.   Good oral English – Preference ;  good at data statistics and analysis

    

5.   Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience

    

6.   Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel

    

7.   Learn about knowledge basis of logistics and international trade

    

8.   Responsible, careful and hardworking.

    

9.   Timely and accurate

    

10.  Strong team work and connection skills

    

11.  Good knowledge of planning
